Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with OT as needed by the business
What You’ll Do
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple areas of the plant
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis to prevent production disruptions
Compare system inventory levels against physical counts and resolve variances
Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, inventory records, and related documents
Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) physical part exchanges
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
Use ERP screens to research, track, and resolve inventory issues
Ensure proper storage methods, labeling, and organization of inventory for easy access
Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies
Participate in Tier 1 meetings and provide updates on inventory investigations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams
Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy
Ensure damaged or defective materials are properly handled and disposed of per procedures
Partner with teams to improve inventory traceability and organization standards
