As a Sr Payroll Financial Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing global payroll financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll postings to the General Ledger. You will collaborate with payroll and finance teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support payroll budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements that enhance payroll financial management.
You will report directly to our VP, Payroll and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial integrity of payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll financial reporting and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Data Analytics, Controllership and Business Finance Teams on inquires, trends, and discrepancies.
- Own the payroll wage code mapping process with Controllership and Business Finance Teams.
- Support payroll budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll financial policies and regulations.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll financial management efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support payroll decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicates payroll and regulation changes to Controllership that may impact financial and general ledger postings.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of relevant experience in payroll financial analysis or related finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll and financial software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other HR systems or technologies (Oracle and ADP experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization
