Accountabilities:
- Concept, design, and produce high-performing static and motion creative assets for paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Search, and other emerging channels.
- Translate creative strategy and briefs into compelling visual narratives that drive performance and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, account teams, and stakeholders to develop and refine campaign concepts through production.
- Design, adapt, resize, and optimize creative assets across multiple formats while ensuring technical accuracy and visual quality.
- Develop and iterate creative variations for performance testing initiatives based on insights and campaign data.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, templates, and reusable creative assets to support scalability.
- Provide creative feedback, quality assurance, and production support to internal and external teams.
- Support workflow improvements, documentation, and best practices to enhance creative production efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-powered creative tools.
- Contribute to larger campaign initiatives by delivering performance-focused creative aligned with business objectives.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design, ideally within performance marketing or agency environments.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven creative across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with Figma and presentation tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Understanding of paid social platforms, digital ad formats, and creative best practices across channels.
- Ability to interpret creative strategy and brand guidelines into high-performing assets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and incorporating feedback quickly in an iterative environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools, including AI-powered design solutions.
- Bonus: experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
