Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Product Designer, Engagement, you will lead the design strategy and execution for product experiences that drive user engagement and meaningful outcomes. You will collaborate with product and engineering partners to transform complex challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions while helping evolve design practices in an AI-enabled environment.

    • Own end-to-end product design for one or more product areas, from problem definition and user journeys to final shipped experiences.
    • Develop design visions that balance user needs, engagement goals, and business objectives through a systems-thinking approach.
    • Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities and advocate for user-centered solutions based on research, trends, and competitive insights.
    • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and the development of AI-driven experiences such as personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and adaptive content.
    • Create production-ready designs across mobile applications and web platforms while contributing to reusable design system components.
    • Conduct usability testing, concept validation, and design iteration using qualitative research, analytics, funnel data, and experimentation results.
    • Translate ambiguous problems into clearly defined design challenges with measurable success criteria.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, QA, and Marketing teams to communicate design decisions and improve product outcomes.
    • Contribute to design critiques, team processes, and the continuous improvement of the broader design organization.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer with strong consumer technology expertise, excellent design craft, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable owning complex projects, using data to guide decisions, and exploring how AI can enhance product experiences.

      • 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally within consumer-facing technology products.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience, including problem framing, user flows, UI design, and shipped product outcomes.
      • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component-based design systems and prototyping.
      • Experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web experiences.
      • Ability to use research, analytics, and experimentation data to inform and communicate design decisions.
      • Experience contributing to or maintaining a scalable design system.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences such as personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, or adaptive experiences, or strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
      • Ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems independently, and deliver high-quality work in evolving environments.
      • Strong collaboration skills and a user-focused mindset with a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.
