Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Build and optimize advanced AI systems, including large language models and agentic AI workflows for automation, decision support, and enterprise integration.
- Design and implement scalable orchestration frameworks using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n for workflow automation and system connectivity.
- Develop and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based solutions to improve context handling, interpretability, and production deployment of AI models.
- Build secure, scalable data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake, supporting both structured and unstructured data at enterprise scale.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are embedded into all AI and data engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, risk, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers while driving innovation and best practices across the team.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI solution development, or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, including AWS Bedrock, S3, Glue, Lambda, and SageMaker.
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake and cloud-based data architecture design.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, and enterprise AI integration.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Competitive base salary range: $200,000 – $215,000
