Accountabilities:

    As a SAP Functional Architect Associate Director, you will lead SAP consulting engagements by combining deep functional expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and strong client relationship management. You will guide teams, support business development activities, and ensure successful delivery of strategic SAP initiatives.

    • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solutions, providing architectural guidance and functional expertise.
    • Develop SAP solution strategies and architectures that address complex business requirements across finance and operations.
    • Support client pursuits by designing solution approaches, creating proposals, and identifying opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities.
    • Advise senior client stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionality, benefits, implementation considerations, and transformation strategies.
    • Create industry-focused demonstrations, presentations, and solution materials to showcase SAP capabilities.
    • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, information gathering activities, and executive presentations.
    • Provide expertise across SAP Finance and Supply Chain modules, supporting successful adoption and delivery.
    • Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to establish licensing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, and professional networks to support business development.
    • Manage and mentor consulting teams, including coaching, performance feedback, professional development, and engagement oversight.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and help expand SAP consulting capabilities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings extensive SAP consulting experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and client-facing expertise.

      • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
      • 9+ years of experience working in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.
      • Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
      • Strong knowledge of SAP solution design, architecture principles, and enterprise application strategies.
      • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance and Operations solutioning activities.
      • Ability to advise executives and business leaders on SAP strategy, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
      • Experience developing SAP demos, presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
      • Strong understanding of SAP licensing models and collaboration with technology partners.
      • Proven experience managing and developing teams, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and workload coordination.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
      • Ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio or similar tools is a plus.
      • SAP professional certification, such as S/4HANA Sales Authorization, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant, or LOB Solution Consultant, is strongly preferred.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of approximately $163,000 – $278,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
        • Annual bonus opportunity with a target of 16%.
        • Estimated total cash compensation range of approximately $189,080 – $322,480.
