Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour (.50/hour raise, based on attendance)
Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm.
About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join a low-volume inbound call center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady, structured work environment with minimal call volume and a focus on quality customer interaction rather than high-pressure call handling.
What You'll Do
- Handle a low volume of inbound customer calls (approximately 1–5 calls per shift)
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers
- Accurately document call details and updates in the system
- Follow company guidelines and scripts when applicable
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during all interactions
- Perform light administrative tasks as assigned during downtime
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, system navigation)
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, low-traffic environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience in office, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
- Comfortable in structured, routine work environments; stable work history preferred
