This marks the fourth consecutive year that Infinx India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S.Location: RemoteSummary DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director or Vice President of Product - Mid-Cycle and Backend RCM Platform to provide hands-on experience and lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our next generation revenue cycle management (RCM) platform.This leader will oversee a suite of solutions that span coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable and denials management, and revenue cycle analytics, with a focus on automation, scalability, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and product management, has successfully built and scaled RCM technology products, and thrives in a global, cross-functional environment collaborating with engineering teams in India and business teams in the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolioLead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and financial performancePartner closely with engineering and data teams in India to drive delivery excellence and foster cross-geo collaborationDevelop and manage a team of high-performing product managers and analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and innovationTranslate customer and market needs into actionable requirements and ensure products deliver strong ROIDrive initiatives that leverage AI, workflow automation, and advanced analytics to enhance revenue integrity and operational performanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and implementation to ensure seamless product adoption and client successMonitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive differentiation in the RCM spaceSkills and EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field requiredMBA or other advanced degree preferred12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM 8+ years in hands-on product management or product leadership rolesProven track record of building and scaling RCM software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platformsDeep understanding of mid-cycle and backend processes: coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, AR follow-up, and analyticsExperience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including close collaboration with engineering teams based in IndiaFamiliarity with EMR...
