Accountabilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using tools such as Anaplan.
- Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to identify key business drivers and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business case development.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support business decision-making.
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A reporting and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting cycles.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required by the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance-focused role.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with financial planning tools such as Anaplan is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
