Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic customer-centric Site Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious downtown law firms. It is a small team of two, at a very busy site with the main emphasis being on hospitality services, print production and reception back-up. Our ideal candidate will have previous office services experience in a Law firm. This site also requires a lot of overtime.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Pay rate: $29 an hour
Responsibilities
Manage/produce all incoming production projects and quality controlled to client's specifications.
Manage/process all incoming & outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, packages
Assist with monthly management report compilation & review, client surveys, preparation, presentation and review of annual reports.
Attend monthly meeting with Client
Provide excellent client service to all end users at the site
Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
Conducts site specific training with Opensity service team members
Supervise productivity and evaluate service personnel assigned to the site
Assists with performance reviews of All Opensity service personnel
Ensures compliance with performance standards and make sure hours of operation are covered without incurring un-billable overtime
Delegates tasks to Service Specialists in order to meet production deadlines
Works with service employees to meet their individual needs and career path objectives
Maintain all records and report pertaining to production and volumes at the site
Maintain a proper inventory of all office supplies required for the efficiency of all support services
Some data entry
Collects information necessary to compile monthly management reports
Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times
Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Great written and verbal communciation
Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
Ability to learn skills quickly
Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects
Attention to detail
Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy in handling any “complaint” situations
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years professional level work experience in a production environment, preferably a photocopy or printing facility
1 year of supervisory experience and/or management experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc
Experience in an FM vendor/client on-site support center preferable
The Compensation range for this role is up to 29.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
