Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join the KC-46 Engineering and Program Extension team in Everett, WA

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to executive level Directors and their teams.  This role is diverse in responsibilities, so candidates must possess a unique blend of strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with key partners.  Additionally, they should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, agile organization and to be a positive teammate to others.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level of comprehensive administrative and professional support to multiple executive level Directors and their teams.
  • Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement; verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
  • Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations.
  • Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
  • Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
  • Prioritizes and schedules executive Directors’ time and availability for efficient use of time.
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
  • Works closely with the Office Assistant (OA) team and others to quickly respond to various Program and facility needs
  • Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Plans and executes logistics for executive level internal and external events.
  • Works under minimal supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders.
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings.
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements utilizing Concur or a similar travel and expense management program; generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Vocational school/Associate degree or higher.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $63,750 - $86,250
