This role owns the relationship and performance management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) operating the company's DCs, ensuring service levels are consistently achieved and customer delivery expectations are met. The Distribution & Fulfilment Manager is accountable for outbound planning, carrier management, customer delivery performance, returns operations, and international B2C shipping compliance. Working closely with Customer Service, Commercial Planning, Operations, and Logistics partners, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience while driving operational efficiency, scalability, and cost control across the fulfilment network.
