As a Senior Sous Chef, you’re not just providing rotating support across all kitchen stations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Contribute to seamless kitchen operations: Leverage broad outlet-specific expertise in all kitchen stations to step into different roles as needed, providing flexible support across the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation: Support meal production across all kitchen areas during assigned shifts, ensuring quality and consistency
- Monitor food quality: Visually inspect ingredients, dishes, and presentations to ensure high quality and consistency standards
- Support kitchen efficiency: Assist the Chef/Sous Chef with receiving orders, managing inventory, and maintaining clean and organized storage areas
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
