This position can be physical job that may require standing for long periods, working with chemicals, laboratory glassware and specialized equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follows SOPs, written, and verbal instructionsPerforms routine laboratory cleaningPerforms disposal of chemical waste using approved methodsKeeps work area clean and organizedAccurately enters data into LIMSWashes and inventories, glassware and specialized equipment, may be asked to prepare equipment for shippingResponsible for keeping personal training documentation (training records, IDOC/DOC) current and accurateResponsible for timely completion of assigned/scheduled QC samples (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT)Regular attendance and punctualityResponsible for general housekeeping in work areaResponsible for performing job functions in compliance with Eurofins Environment health and safety and quality assurance standardsDemonstrates and promotes the company visionAssists in other areas of laboratory when neededMay perform laboratory assistant responsibilitiesMay prepare reagents and spikes as neededMay perform extractions as neededAdditional duties as assigned QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Computer skills Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience in a lab A good working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.Able to interpret written materials and communicate findings effectively.Effective collaborator who contributes to team goals and supports department productivity goalsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.Consistently delivers high‑quality work within established timelines and specifications.Able to work independently, following written or verbal instructions with minimal oversight.Good interpersonal skills: able to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAdditional InformationPay rate: $17.75/hourPlease note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.As a Eurofins employee, you will become part of a company that has received national recognition as a...
