Accountabilities:
- Plan and coordinate capacity-sharing initiatives, convenings, and learning experiences that strengthen partner engagement and readiness for systems change efforts.
- Manage operational and logistical aspects of programs and events, including timelines, facilitation preparation, vendor coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Design inclusive agendas, co-creation processes, and collective action experiences that encourage collaboration, shared learning, and mission-aligned outcomes.
- Develop practical tools, templates, and processes that support consistent program delivery, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across multiple regions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with community organizations, coalitions, and ecosystem partners.
- Act as a bridge between community partners and internal teams by translating partner insights into actionable recommendations and strategic priorities.
- Capture feedback, synthesize field intelligence, and contribute to learning and evaluation processes that improve program quality and strengthen broader sector conversations.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by documenting lessons learned, emerging trends, and best practices from partner engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Justice, Adult Education, Community Engagement, International Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and delivering convenings, learning experiences, community initiatives, or multi-stakeholder programs, ideally within nonprofit, philanthropic, or international development environments.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects, coordinating multiple initiatives, and delivering high-quality outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong expertise in adult learning methodologies, inclusive facilitation, participatory design, and culturally responsive engagement practices.
- Demonstrated experience working with community-based organizations and applying equity-centered, trauma-aware, and power-conscious approaches.
- Excellent project management, planning, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative insights and transform feedback into actionable recommendations, strategic briefs, and learning materials.
- Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, learning methodologies, participation data, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Miro, Mural, and related platforms.
- Experience working with geographically distributed partners, collective impact initiatives, or cross-sector coalitions is considered an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills, particularly in French and English or other community-relevant languages, are advantageous.
- Fully remote work arrangement within Canada, with flexibility to support work-life balance.
- Competitive salary ranging from CAD 68,000 to CAD 86,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
