The LPG FBAM -LPG is responsible for leading LPG packed and bulk sales in a competitive market, managing and growing a portfolio of bulk LPG customers, deploying distributor management and route-to-market tools, and building strong stakeholder relationships to expand the LPG customer base, increase volumes, and enhance market penetration.
Principal Accountabilities
- Deliver financial and non-financial LPG business targets.
- Provide input in developing LPG business plans and strategies.
- Manage customer/distributor portfolio using defined tools.
- Propose changes to route-to-market structure.
- Improve cylinder management and reduce losses.
- Manage credit per VE policy.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for S&OP.
- Support LPG Manager in regulatory and industry engagement.
- Gather and report market intelligence.
- Implement LPG marketing propositions and promotions.
- Conduct technical training for distributors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements.
Marketing
- Promote brand and grow market share.
- Assist in LPG customer events.
- Encourage alternative payment methods for small customers.
Supply Chain
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure smooth product delivery.
HSSE / Technical
- Train customers on product knowledge and HSSE.
- Resolve technical needs.
- Deliver HSSE plan items (audits, toolbox meetings, defensive driving, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field, with more than 4 years in Sales & Marketing.
Have 2 years supervisory/management experience. (Have knowledge of self-lead and others)
Must have a driver's License and willing to travel extensively.
Work experience in FMCG channel/distributor management, selling, negotiation, marketing strategy, and CRM is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
