You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving enterprise-level delivery across complex, global programmes and digital transformation initiatives.
This is a highly strategic position where you will influence how decisions are made, validated, and executed across large-scale delivery ecosystems.
You will embed data-driven thinking into programme execution, ensuring that prioritisation and outcomes are guided by strong analytical evidence.
Working across cross-functional and international teams, you will help improve delivery performance, governance, and forecasting accuracy.
You will also act as a catalyst for cultural change by promoting experimentation, statistical thinking, and evidence-based decision-making.
In addition, you will coach and mentor practitioners to strengthen their analytical maturity and delivery effectiveness in a fast-evolving environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Drive enterprise-level delivery orchestration across multiple teams, regions, and programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and data-backed prioritisation.
    • Embed data-driven decision-making practices across delivery teams, promoting the use of statistical methods, experimentation, and quantitative insights.
    • Partner with Data, Analytics, and Product teams to enhance data quality, accessibility, and usability for better business outcomes.
    • Lead capability-building efforts by coaching teams in analytical frameworks, hypothesis-driven thinking, and data storytelling.
    • Strengthen risk and performance management by applying predictive and diagnostic analytics to identify issues early and improve forecasting accuracy.
    • Champion continuous improvement through experimentation approaches such as A/B testing, pilots, and structured test-and-learn methodologies.
    • Influence senior stakeholders by presenting evidence-based insights that improve decision quality and organisational outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in project or programme management, including leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
      • Strong background in data-driven delivery environments with solid understanding of statistical methods, analytics, or data science fundamentals.
      • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions and measurable outcomes.
      • Experience working with global teams in large, matrixed organisations and influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based insights.
      • Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, governance models, and agile or hybrid methodologies.
      • Familiarity with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills with the ability to build capability and drive cultural change.
      • Preferred: Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science) and/or PMI or equivalent certification.
