Role responsibilities
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They also monitor training effectiveness and collaborate with department managers to develop curricula.
Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an FDA regulated industry. At least 2 years of experience in training or education is also necessary.
