Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate and support project and program activities, ensuring meetings, timelines, and deliverables are properly organized and tracked.
    • Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and document decisions and action items for follow-up and execution.
    • Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions, escalating them appropriately to stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project charters, plans, schedules, and supporting documentation.
    • Facilitate meetings and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
    • Manage shared document repositories and support knowledge management and information dissemination.
    • Support reporting, financial tracking, and preparation of program materials for leadership and stakeholder briefings.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, public health, science, or project management (Master’s preferred).
      • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, or project management roles.
      • Experience in a federal, healthcare, biomedical, or research-related environment strongly preferred.
      • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and coordination methodologies.
      • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting complex information clearly.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms.
      • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed stakeholder groups.
      • Experience maintaining project documentation, templates, and governance materials is highly valued.
