Job Description 

Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense?  If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to support our of S/4HANA deployment. 

  

The One RTX Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases. 

  

This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the global build and ongoing deployments there after:   

  

Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the common and extended deployments.  
  

Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution. 
Cutover & Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance. 
  

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S/4HANA solution. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. 
Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. 
Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. 
Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. 
Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 
7+ years of hands-on SAP SD / Order-to-Cash experience including configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support. 
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management processes including Sales Order Processing, ATP, Backorder Processing, Delivery Management, Returns, Customer Master, and Billing integration. 
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions in global SAP environments. 
Strong understanding of integration between Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service functions. 
Proven ability to lead business workshops, process design sessions, requirements gathering, and solution reviews. 
Experience supporting data migration, cutover planning, testing strategy, defect management, and hypercare activities. 
Ability to create functional specifications, process documentation, integration requirements, and enhancement designs. 
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and multi-country deployments preferred.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
