Marketing Account Manager (Email Marketing, SEO & Client Success) – Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee marketing execution, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

This is more than an account management role.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts while coordinating email marketing campaigns, WordPress updates, SEO initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional marketing projects.

You’ll work closely with leadership and internal marketing teams to keep campaigns moving, maintain clear client communication, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Own

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage communication via email, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
  • Lead recurring client meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Keep clients informed, aligned, and supported throughout every project.
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution.

Email Marketing

  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns using platforms such as:
    • Mailchimp
    • Klaviyo
    • Similar email marketing tools
  • Write and edit:
    • Email copy
    • Subject lines
    • Campaign messaging
  • Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor results and provide actionable recommendations.

Website & Content Management

  • Update and maintain website content using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Coordinate landing page and website content updates.
  • Ensure websites remain accurate, current, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Support ongoing content improvements and website optimization.

SEO Support

  • Conduct SEO research and audits using tools such as:
    • Ahrefs
    • Semrush
  • Perform keyword research and support on-page SEO improvements.
  • Monitor rankings and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track SEO performance and report results to clients.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance using:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Email marketing analytics
    • SEO reporting tools
  • Prepare client-friendly reports and performance summaries.
  • Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations during client meetings.

Workflow & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate deliverables across:
    • Marketing
    • Design
    • Content
    • Leadership
  • Translate client feedback into actionable tasks and timelines.
  • Keep projects organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated.
  • Ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.

AI & Productivity

  • Utilize AI tools such as:
    • ChatGPT
    • Claude
    • AI writing and research platforms
  • Improve efficiency across:
    • Content creation
    • Client communication
    • Reporting
    • Research
    • Administrative workflows

  • 3+ years of experience in:

    • Ahrefs or Semrush
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.
