Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong analyst to support TD Marketing’s digital asset ecosystem, with a primary focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / Digital Asset Management (DAM) and a secondary focus on Intralinks support and coordination. This role is critical in helping ensure that marketing, creative, and agency partners have seamless access to well-organized, properly governed, and searchable digital assets, while also supporting secure file-sharing processes used across Marketing.

As part of the North American Marketing Strategic Operations and Enablement team, the successful candidate will support day-to-day DAM operations across Canada and the U.S., including access management, troubleshooting, asset ingestion, metadata integrity, user training, reporting, and platform maintenance. The role will also provide support for Marketing’s use of Intralinks, including user assistance, governance support, and exchange-related coordination.

In addition to operational support, the successful candidate will help support the ongoing evolution of TD’s AEM Assets / DAM capability by contributing to roadmap development, helping shape future priorities, and working closely with Adobe and internal stakeholders to support AEM Assets assessment / health-check activities and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for Adobe AEM Assets / Marketing DAM, including end-user access management, access troubleshooting, and user assistance.
  • Support day-to-day DAM operations, including asset ingestion, asset hygiene, asset maintenance, and asset removal activities.
  • Manage and maintain metadata, taxonomy, and asset organization to improve searchability, consistency, and platform usability.
  • Train users on how to use the platform, including updating existing and creating new training documents and job aids.
  • Track requests and analyze data and reporting to identify process improvements and platform enhancement opportunities.
  • Support internal marketing teams and agency partners in Canada and the U.S. with DAM-related questions, access needs, troubleshooting, and asset search support.
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the AEM Assets / DAM roadmap, including future-state capability planning and enhancement priorities.
  • Work closely with Adobe and internal stakeholders to support AEM Assets assessment / health-check activities, including documenting current-state processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Help translate assessment findings and business needs into actionable recommendations and roadmap inputs for the DAM platform.
  • Provide support for Intralinks user and exchange activities, including user management support, user assistance, training, governance reminders, and coordination related to ownership and attestation processes.
  • Help reinforce compliant use of Intralinks as a secure file-sharing tool, including reminders that it is not to be used for storage and that uploaded files must be manually deleted after transfer is complete.
  • Partner with technology, product, and operational stakeholders to support testing, process refinement, and platform-related improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe AEM Assets or another digital asset management platform.
  • Experience with platform access management, preferably including Adobe Admin Console or Adobe platform access support.
  • Experience with Active Directory or similar, and enterprise access management processes/practices.
  • Experience with metadata management, tagging, taxonomy, and asset organization.
  • Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new platforms and technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Experience with marketing and/or creative studio/agency work and processes
  • Library sciences or records and information management background
  • Excellent undersanding of media files types and applications used to create them
  • Excellent understanding of rights manamement for stock and custom shoots/rights managed assets

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing Intralinks users and files, governance processes, or other secure file-sharing applications.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM Sites, Jira, Confluence, or agile ways of working.
  • Experience working with developers, technical teams, testing, or user acceptance activities.
  • Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated environment.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will help ensure that TD Marketing’s DAM remains well governed, searchable, and operationally effective for internal teams and agency partners, while also improving the end-user experience through strong support, metadata discipline, training, and process improvement. This person will also contribute to the future direction of the platform by supporting roadmap development and partnering with Adobe and internal stakeholders on assessment and optimization efforts.

In addition, the role will help provide continuity for Marketing’s Intralinks support model by assisting with user support, governance-related processes, and responsible platform usage across Marketing teams.
