Description -

As Director, Supplies Pricing and Business Operations, you'll lead the current product management for HP’s core print supplies (ink and toner) portfolio, helping drive strategies, profitability, and disciplined execution.

Partnering with teams across the GBU and Commercial Organization, you'll use customer and market insights to shape strategy and ensure well-functioning business process and management.

  

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and communicate a clear strategies and processes for core print supplies business operations, aligning it with the broader organizational objectives.

  • Establish key performance metrics, goals, and benchmarks at the global level for core print supplies, continuously tracking and reporting progress.

  • Partner with cross-functional leadership, including future product marketing, category at WW and market level, and operations to ensure aligned execution.

  • Drive streamlining of processes and identification of opportunities to enhance efficiencies through process improvements, tools, and collaboration.

  • Ensure provision of product/service/solution recommendations to global and regional leadership based on market insights.

  • Oversee operational success, aligns strategies, and integrates activities with major organizational functions, setting policies and owning numerous measurable goals.

  • Serve as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.

  • Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

 

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Management, Services Marketing, or Portfolio Management.

  • Demonstrated success managing product category at WW or region level.

  • Experience establishing and managing KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms.

  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

  • Experience managing managers and/or a geographically distributed team.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in strategy execution.

The pay range for this role is $166,050.00 - $249,100.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
