Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, role changes, probation processes, and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities such as document collection, background verification, induction programs, and employee setup.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS databases, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support attendance management, leave administration, employee data updates, and asset management processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
- Partner with leadership, payroll, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across geographically distributed teams.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and operational trackers related to headcount, onboarding, attrition, and employee records.
- Assist with compliance activities, audits, policy maintenance, and process documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Administration, preferably supporting US-based organizations or distributed global teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural, and remote work environments.
- Strong familiarity with HRIS and people management platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, Zoho People, ADP, or similar systems.
- Experience with onboarding tools, document management systems, and HR reporting processes.
- Understanding of employment documentation, HR compliance practices, and employee record management in multinational environments.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, PHR, or certifications related to HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Analytics.
