Accountabilities:

The PeopleSoft Functional Consultant will support the analysis, configuration, implementation, and ongoing improvement of PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and HR solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business users, project teams, and technical specialists to deliver effective functional outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and Human Resources modules.
• Facilitating workshops to understand business processes, identify improvements, and define appropriate solutions.
• Preparing functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborating with technical teams throughout development, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
• Supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production releases.
• Performing impact assessments for system enhancements, changes, and new requirements.
• Providing functional troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
• Ensuring solutions align with governance frameworks, security standards, and operational requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong HCM, payroll, and HR expertise, capable of working with stakeholders in complex and secure environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Proven experience working as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and/or Human Resources modules.
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and producing functional documentation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting PeopleSoft applications.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT and UAT processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and multidisciplinary project groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance and willingness to work full-time on-site at client locations.
• Ability to operate effectively within structured environments requiring strong governance and security awareness.
