Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Recruiting Services Professional, you will partner with Client Managers to help build a workforce with critical skills needed to move the business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Partner with Clients: Collaborate with Client Managers to understand their workforce needs to drives business success. • Ensure Compliance: Implement and maintain talent processes that comply with business controls and regulatory requirements. • Lead Team Members: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members as a team lead. • Manage Immigration Statuses: Initiate and maintain immigration statuses as required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Workforce Planning Knowledge: Experience working with client managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to build a skilled workforce. • Compliance Implementation: Exposure to implementing and maintaining talent processes that comply with business controls and regulatory requirements. • Team Leadership Skills: Experience providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes, and acting as a point of escalation for team members. • Immigration Process Knowledge: Exposure to initiating and maintaining immigration statuses, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Talent Acquisition Systems: Exposure to recruitment management systems and tools that support talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management software. • Workforce Analytics: Experience working with data and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies, including analyzing market trends and identifying insights to drive business outcomes. • Immigration Regulations: Exposure to immigration laws and regulations, including understanding of visa requirements and compliance procedures.
