Enterprise SaaS - MSD - Power Platform - Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with 8–12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and reusable components.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for Power Platform development.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in enterprise application development and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform security architecture and governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
