Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) in Paris is where the world's most forward-thinking executives come to reimagine what's possible with AI, Data, and CRM — and this role sits at the heart of it. As the Senior Manager leading the France SIC program, you will design and deliver high-impact executive briefings, shape regional strategy, and work alongside sales, marketing, and product leaders to drive pipeline growth and create exceptional customer experiences in our Paris center.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end design and execution of executive briefings at the Paris SIC, translating customer objectives into curated AI/Data/CRM agendas that move deals forward and deepen strategic relationships.
Serve as the functional lead for the Paris team, coordinating daily operations, managing escalations, and partnering with Real Estate, IT, and external vendors to maintain a world-class briefing environment.
Work closely with sales leaders and account teams to align SIC engagements with pipeline goals, and track program performance against global operational and pipeline success metrics.
Mentor Paris team members and actively contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture within the wider regional marketing organization.
You're Our Person If...
You have 8+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, solution engineering, or executive briefing programs, with a track record of driving pipeline through C-suite engagements.
You bring deep B2B market knowledge and are comfortable navigating a complex global organization to get things done across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
You are an outstanding facilitator and communicator — able to command a room, run strategic workshops, and present confidently to executive audiences.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Even Better If...
You have direct experience managing or operating an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) or Innovation Center program.
You have familiarity with Salesforce's AI, Data, and CRM product portfolio and can speak to it fluently in a customer-facing setting.
You are fluent in French and English, enabling you to engage effectively with both local and global stakeholders.
