If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams.
The Global Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy & Operations team establishes and drives delivery of the multi-year supply chain strategy while creating accountability to financial and operational outcomes. The team governs the portfolio of strategic programs that power our long-term transformation and ensures disciplined execution, value realization, and leadership alignment across the enterprise.
As a Lead Program Manager, Value Management within Supply Chain’s Strategy & Operations (S&O), you will lead value strategy and financial accountability across one or more GSCL Unified Plan programs, in partnership with Portfolio for prioritization and sequencing decisions. You will ensure initiatives translate into measurable operational and financial outcomes aligned to GSCL commitments and the long-range plan (LRP). In this role, you will:
Lead program-level value strategy, translating enterprise and GSCL financial targets into clear initiative-level goals and hero KPIs.
Establish and maintain standardized value frameworks, baseline methodologies, and performance metrics to ensure consistency across initiatives.
Ensure every Unified Plan initiative has a documented, validated value case inclusive of operational impact, financial benefit, investment requirements, and P&L implications.
Partner with Finance to validate assumptions, confirm impact-tracking methodologies, and maintain a single source of truth between the Unified Plan and financial plan.
Own weekly and monthly value reporting and partner with Business Owners and Finance to conduct variance analysis, root cause identification, mitigation planning, and escalation of value risks.
Evaluate initiative benefit, investment, and financial tradeoffs, and partner with Portfolio to proactively flag value risks that may require reprioritization, resequencing, or scope adjustment within the Unified Plan.
Govern value validation, measurement rigor, and financial alignment while GSCL Program and Initiative Leads retain accountability for execution and operational KPI delivery.
Prepare executive-ready reporting and recommendations for governance forums, including S&O Unified Plan Reviews and Bullseye Moments.
Influence business leaders, Product/Tech, Operations, and Finance partners to drive disciplined value realization and clear accountability.
Foster clarity, rigor, and consistency in how value is defined, measured, and delivered across the GSCL transformation portfolio.
