In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Execute human-in-the-loop activities that support Level 1 (L1) automation processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, validation, and governance requirements are met.
- Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions generated by automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions using established procedures and decision frameworks.
- Apply sound judgment to identify and escalate complex, ambiguous, or non-standard situations to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Monitor exception trends, workload patterns, and operational performance indicators to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Document findings, observations, and analysis to support informed decision-making, governance reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to support corrective actions, process enhancements, and automation stability initiatives.
- Prepare and provide operational updates, reports, and insights using established reporting processes and standards.
- Collaborate with World Area Customer Operations, Quote & Order Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment across business processes.
- Support the stabilization of newly implemented automations through validation activities, issue documentation, and process monitoring.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Experience supporting business operations, automation-enabled processes, technical support, process management, shared services, or related functions.
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and follow established procedures to achieve accurate and timely outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documenting operational activities, exceptions, and reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience working with automation-enabled business processes, robotic process automation (RPA), AI-supported workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with exception management, root cause analysis, process improvement, or operational performance monitoring.
- Experience supporting audit, governance, compliance, or quality management requirements.
- Knowledge of customer operations, quote-to-order processes, shared services, or related business functions.
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional, or matrixed teams.
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, or operational performance measurement tools.
