Accountabilities:

    The Home Lending Associate will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the home lending process while driving strong business outcomes through effective communication and sales execution.

    • Manage a pipeline of prospects across home purchase, refinancing, and home equity opportunities, guiding customers through each stage of the lending journey.
    • Support customers with mortgage applications, documentation, and follow-up activities through both inbound and outbound communication channels.
    • Build trust with customers by providing clear information, answering questions, and developing strong knowledge of lending products and market practices.
    • Drive customer engagement and conversion by managing key sales funnel activities and achieving performance targets.
    • Partner with loan officers, underwriting teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Respond quickly and effectively to new opportunities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    • Understand customer goals, timelines, and financial needs to provide tailored guidance and support.
    • Stay informed about mortgage products, lending practices, and relevant industry requirements to deliver accurate assistance.
    • Handle customer inquiries responsibly while maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
    • Share customer feedback and improvement ideas to enhance internal tools, processes, and overall service quality.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong customer relationship skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

      • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year of experience within the mortgage or home lending industry.
      • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, supported by a strong record of performance and accountability.
      • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and a customer-first approach.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
      • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
      • Ability to independently identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
      • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas in a dynamic and technology-focused environment.
