About the Role

Join our Talent Acquisition Services team in a specialized HR Operations role dedicated to supporting hiring across Canada and our Producer talent segment. This is not your typical coordinator position — you’ll operate at the intersection of complex employment frameworks, specialized offer management, and high-touch stakeholder engagement, making you an indispensable partner to recruiters, hiring managers, Legal, and candidates alike.

What This Job Involves

Canada-Specific Hiring & Compliance

Serve as the dedicated HR Operations resource for all Canadian requisitions, with deep working knowledge of province-specific employment requirements, onboarding regulations, and payroll considerations. Ensure all pre-hire and hire activities in Workday comply with Canadian labour standards, flagging jurisdictional variances and escalating where needed. Partner with HR Operations and Legal to navigate compliance requirements unique to Canadian hires, including background screening regulations and documentation standards.

Producer Role Coordination

Act as the primary HR Operations resource for Producer-track hiring, a segment requiring elevated attention to detail and a non-standard offer management process. Draft, review, and manage manual offer letters for Producer roles in close partnership with Legal, ensuring accuracy of compensation terms, credits, deal points, and contractual language. Coordinate Legal review cycles, track feedback and revisions, and manage turnaround timelines to avoid delays in offer delivery. Maintain version control and audit trails for all Producer offer documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Support

Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for senior hiring managers and business partners across the Canada and Producer hiring portfolio. Proactively communicate hiring status, surface risks early, and recommend solutions — anticipating stakeholder needs rather than simply reacting to them. Coach business partners on role-specific hiring processes, including Producer-specific workflows and Canadian onboarding requirements, with confidence and authority.

Process & Systems Management

Navigate Workday with expertise, managing pre-hire and hire processes across standard and non-standard workflows. Oversee background and drug screening processes in line with Canadian regulatory guidelines and Producer-specific requirements. Support employee activity changes — compensation, location, supervisor — with precision and efficiency. Ensure flawless new hire setup and correct first-day pay across both the Canada and Producer portfolios. Contribute to project work and process improvement initiatives aligned with team and regional goals.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, with demonstrated exposure to complex or specialized hiring workflows. Prior experience supporting Canadian hiring processes and familiarity with provincial employment standards strongly preferred. Experience drafting or managing offer letters, particularly in environments with variable compensation structures or legal involvement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and Legal partners effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes without losing accuracy. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you identify gaps and act on them before they become issues. Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe products; experience with contract or document management workflows is a plus.
