Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing GI, Europe, the Associate Director, Marketing GI, Europe will play an important role in supporting launch preparation activities for daraxonrasib and future GI compounds across Europe. Acting as a trusted and creative partner to the Executive Director, this individual will help shape and execute European marketing tactical plans and translate strategic priorities into impactful initiatives for local markets.
The Associate Director will support the identification and assessment of market opportunities, customer needs, and treatment challenges across European markets, including healthcare system dynamics, competitive developments, diagnostic barriers, and advocacy needs. In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, they will contribute to launch planning, brand strategy development, and commercial initiatives that support successful product commercialization. This individual will help translating market insights from sources such as field feedback, market and commercial performance data into actionable recommendations and tactical plans. Working closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams, they will support the development of aligned positioning, communication strategies, and core messaging across Europe.
The Associate Director will lead the execution of key marketing projects and the development of customer-facing materials, events, congress activities, campaigns, training resources, and field force tools that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
In addition, he/she will collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure that customer, evidence, pricing, and reimbursement considerations are reflected in launch plans and tactical execution.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing tactics to drive European expansion and market penetration, and addressing identified hurdles & opportunities to reach revenue and market share goals.

Build brand/disease area tactical plans based on in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and identify key trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Implement the European Marketing strategy through various programs/channels, e.g. events, webinars, digital promotion.

Work closely with internal team and external vendors to develop and produce efficacious promotional materials and activities.

Support planning and execute European commercial congress presence to create awareness for Revolutionary Medicines, our products and support product launches.

Partner with national teams to support national launches and sales success in Europe.

Engage with HCPs to gather insights, validate commercial plans, and optimize marketing activities for best treatment benefit.

Leverage KOL relationships to enhance the company's scientific and commercial credibility in European markets.

Represent the company at international conferences, industry events, and other meetings to promote our oncology products and company mission.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Quality and Compliance and especially national teams to drive integrated plans.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as biotechnology, life sciences, or business administration.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in marketing, sales, or product planning with a focus on oncology.

Experience in successfully launching and commercializing products in European markets, with a preference for thorough experience in major markets, e.g. Spain or Italy.

Proven ability for collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, significant project management capabilities.

Excellent communication, customer interaction, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
