Accountabilities
- Own the full commercial performance of two DTC growth brands, including revenue, margin, sales mix, conversion, and attach rate outcomes.
- Define and execute merchandising and assortment strategies, including pricing, bundling, product mix, and promotional planning.
- Lead brand growth initiatives focused on improving conversion, increasing AOV, expanding premium mix, and optimizing funnel performance.
- Design and manage experimentation roadmaps in partnership with growth, product, and marketing teams to continuously improve performance.
- Serve as the key cross-functional leader connecting supply chain, product, CRM, and growth teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Oversee brand calendars, ensuring timely execution of launches, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
- Own brand positioning and expression, ensuring consistent and commercially effective storytelling across all channels.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC brand management, merchandising, or growth-focused roles with increasing commercial responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, margin improvement, conversion, and AOV expansion.
- Strong understanding of modern e-commerce ecosystems, including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, merchandising, and post-purchase experience.
- Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments spanning supply chain, product, marketing, and operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions and trade-offs.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing without authority.
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous optimization in fast-moving environments.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000
