Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces stamping dies, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work. Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high-performance standards through servant leadership. Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.

As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.
Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. You will apply for a "Bias for Action," promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems. This includes identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well-informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.
Team Leadership & Development: Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high performing, winning teams and investing in their growth. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality. This includes meticulously tracking and reporting employee time and attendance, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. You will be uncompromisingly committed to quality, implementing and maintaining rigorous standards, and relentlessly pursuing excellence to eliminate defects and ensure exceptional product quality. You'll have...
- High School Diploma, Die Maker Journeyman's card preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SMIRT Die Shop.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $74,300-$166,200.,
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
