As AI Lead / Architect, you will own the AI strategy and architecture for an entire global business line, with a clear mandate: lift software-engineering productivity, shorten time-to-market for new services, and meaningfully reduce the total cost of ownership of IT to Business.You will set the technical direction, prove it with working systems, and influence Eurofins’ group-wide AI roadmap. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports: you lead through technical depth and influence, not a reporting line. The centre of gravity is software engineering — applying AI across the software delivery lifecycle and our product platforms (LIMS, eCommerce, ERP) with a roadmap to influence deep genomic science.
