Accountabilities:

The role focuses on managing paid media operations, improving campaign performance, supporting team development, and ensuring high-quality delivery for client projects.

• Plan, create, monitor, optimize, and analyze paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Track campaign performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to strategic improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, including onboarding sessions, access coordination, and results presentations.
• Organize workflows, priorities, and delivery schedules to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support the development and coordination of a high-performing team by providing technical guidance and operational support.
• Act as a reference point for campaign execution, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify challenges proactively and propose solutions to improve client outcomes.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and continuous improvement within the marketing operation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong paid media experience, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and interest in developing leadership capabilities.

• Solid practical experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with client management, demand organization, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance beyond execution, with a strategic and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and professional posture when interacting with clients and teams.
• Proactive attitude with ownership, accountability, and initiative to solve problems.
• Availability for recurring meetings, including daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly alignments.
• Long-term career mindset and interest in growing within operations, leadership, and project management.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, organization platforms, and performance tracking solutions.
• Experience working in high-performance environments with ambitious goals is desirable.
• Knowledge of data analysis through dashboards, GTM, local business strategies, lead generation, or pharmaceutical market dynamics is a plus.
• Previous experience leading projects, squads, or strategic accounts is desirable.
