- Lead business reviews and planning: Facilitate regular strategy and performance meetings while contributing to long-range commercial planning through analysis of performance trends, market shifts, and revenue opportunities
- Ensure commercial alignment: Collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders to align sales tactics with pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, and to support forecasting and rate strategies
- Foster stakeholder relationships: Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), third-party travel partners, and key clients to drive demand, improve conversion, and support high-impact site visits and pre-convention meetings
- Develop data-informed strategies: Track market and competitor activity to inform strategy and help maintain competitive positioning in group and transient segments
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
- Stakeholders' relations: Contribute to performance and commercial activity reporting in connection with the hotel's General Manager, AVPs, regional commercial director, and owners. Always show a high level of engagement with customers from all sales segments through site visits, strong community relationships, liaison with top local influencers and 3rd party industry partners
