This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Design based in United States.

You will join a world-class design organization focused on shaping the future of multi-product experiences at scale. In this role, you will define and lead the vision for next-generation design systems and product experience infrastructure that power consistent, high-quality user experiences across a complex ecosystem of products. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and hands-on product design leadership, ensuring that design decisions translate into scalable, reusable patterns. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, research, and brand teams to align on horizontal opportunities that improve coherence and accelerate delivery. You will also help evolve how product experiences are built by transforming design systems into a proactive platform for innovation rather than a reactive toolkit. In addition, you will lead and grow a multidisciplinary team responsible for defining standards, patterns, and design primitives used across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping how products are designed, built, and scaled for the future.
