If you possess a patient-centric mindset, positive attitude and are eager to work hard and learn, we invite you to explore the exciting opportunity to be a urgent care based primary care fellowship program.Fellowship Program DetailsShift Requirements: 40h/week (includes weekends)Fellow Compensation: $104,000 annually + benefitsProgram Length: 8-10 monthsWhat We OfferCurated educational experience designed to introduce and inspire a fulfilling career in both acute care and preventative medicineMentorship, Didactics, Clinical roundsProctored clinical shifts with supportive clinical and administrative management The opportunity to grow and scale with a dynamic startup who is changing the way people think about healthcareCompetitive pay, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees Full-time and part-time positions upon successful completion of fellowship program in either urgent care or primary careWhat You'll LearnProvide exceptional treatment, collaborative care options, including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment Order and interpret lab results and EKGs, manage patient panels and close preventative care gapsTriage and manage patients thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining a steady flow to avoid long wait times Perform digital blocks and regional anesthesia, and minor surgical procedures, such as wound closure and management, I&D, foreign body removal Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as aspirations and injection of joints, bursas, and cystsPerform closed reductions of simple fractures or dislocations of fingers/toes, including nursemaid’s elbow reductionsApply and modify braces, splints, and other orthopedic appliances About YouPhysician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certificationNurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state licenseMust be willing to obtain DOT certification prior to start dateEligibility for and willingness to obtain DEA registration, controlled substance license, and BLS certification prior to employment startAs a physician-founded and led organization, ensuring everyone has access to quality healthcare is what inspires us.
