This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and enjoys building scalable processes while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.Reports to: Chief of StaffLocation: Remote (U.S.)Responsibilities:Lead all onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support.Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analyses.Own equity administration and equity planning processes.Manage annual compensation review cycles and salary adjustments.Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.Manage and oversee the company’s 401(k) program, including establishment and administration of a 401(k) committee.Serve as system administrator for HRIS platforms and related people systems.Manage payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll providers.Maintain accurate employee records and HR data and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.Oversee leave administration, including parental, medical, and other protected leaves.Lead and administer the annual performance review process.Lead learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development.Lead company-wide communications and employee...
