These teams build and operate the systems and user experiences that power core Crunchbase products and services. Your role is to guide the team’s execution, grow engineers, and ensure strong technical decision-making in service of durable product outcomes.You will lead a cross-functional team composed of frontend and backend (“platform”) engineers, responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality. While this role benefits from strong technical depth, you are accountable for the overall technical execution and delivery of the team across the stack.This is a technical people leadership role. Success in the role depends on strong engineering judgment, the ability to guide architecture and delivery, and the ability to build a healthy, high-performing team.
