In this position...

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for motorsports, strong project management skills and experience executing integrated marketing programs.  This role is hybid, based in Michigan, required to report to the office 4x per week.

What you'll do...

  • Co-manage relationships with Oracle Red Bull Racing (ORBR), VCARB, and Red Bull (NA & GmbH); lead the F1 Academy program and serve as the single point of contact for commercial partnerships.
  • Take the lead on the 2026+ renewal agreement.
  • Update and evolve the overarching F1 marketing strategy to align with Ford’s master brand and performance objectives.
  • Lead collaborative efforts across Engineering, Comms, Licensing, Dealer Relations, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution and budget management.
  • Lead major milestones, including the 2026 Ford/ORBR Launch, Red Bull Showruns, Pirelli Hot Lap programs, and general representation at F1 trackside and non-track functions.
  • Oversee the global social POV and content plans for F1 programs, collaborating with regional markets, PR/Communications, and creators for maximum earned media impact.
  • Drive global employee awareness initiatives and develop programs to engage dealers across North America (NA) and International Markets Group (IMG).
  • Oversee the utilization of team assets, partner integrations (B2B), and driver appearances/utilization.
  • Secure marketing and product-placement opportunities for Ford vehicles (including driver immersion programs) and coordinate support vehicles for race markets.
  • Manage the overall EV Demonstrator calendar, operations, and dynamic/static demo opportunities globally (excluding the RB26 and in collaboration with counterparts on RBAT vehicles).

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 5-10 years’ work experience in the field of marketing, preferably Sports Marketing/Sports Management

  • Proven experience in motorsports marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry, team/driver management

  • Must have 1 - 4 years of experience in the racing industry, preferably Formula 1 

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing tactics

  • Strong presentation skills

 

Even Better, You May Have...

  • 5+ years of work experience in motorsports, including athlete management

  • Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and race series

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.

  • Strong program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience delivering results on-time and within budget

 

Additional Information:

  • Heavy travel will be required – domestic and international

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.     

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
