Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
Pay: $28-$40/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime Available
Job Summary
We are hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
- Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
- OR related technical education/training
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical components
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic PLC and robotics experience is preferred
- Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
