Role responsibilities
The Medical Lab Technician performs testing in various areas such as Chemistry and Hematology, ensuring quality control and accurate reporting of patient results. They also assist in training new employees and troubleshoot issues related to testing and instrumentation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with MT (ASCP) or an Associate Degree with MLT certification. One year of experience in chemistry/hematology is preferred, along with sound computer skills.
