Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a structured business plan to consistently exceed regional sales goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, enterprise IT teams, and security leaders
- Articulate technical and business value propositions to audiences ranging from engineers to CxO level
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution
- Identify and create new demand within assigned territories, including unbudgeted opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution design and customer success outcomes
- Operate effectively across global time zones with flexibility when required
- 7+ years of enterprise and MSP security sales experience targeting large enterprise and G2K organizations
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience selling into security and IT stakeholders (CISO, CIO, engineering teams)
- Demonstrated success working in startup or high-growth technology environments
- Experience generating new logos and building pipeline from scratch
- Strong understanding of channel-led and partner-driven sales motions
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Requirements:
Strong background in enterprise and MSP sales within cybersecurity, observability, or IT infrastructure markets, with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals. Highly consultative, results-driven, and experienced in channel-led and enterprise sales motions.
