As a Retention Representative, your primary role is to engage with paying customers who have requested a refund for their annual subscriptions, understand their concerns, and offer tailored solutions to retain them as valued members. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting long-term subscription options that meet our customers’ needs.
Please note that this position is hired through an outsourcing company.
What you bring
