Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Infusion Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner.Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by health team members. Documents patient care and unit activities in a timely, accurate and concise manner.Effectively communicates with patients, staff, and providers.Identifies patient/family learning needs and implements appropriate measures, including teach-back.Demonstrates an awareness of and sensitivity to patient/family rights, age-specific needs, cultural and ethical beliefs. Delivers care in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory manner that preserves/ protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
