Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Executive Meeting Coordinator to join the Catering & Events Service Team! 

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Executive Meeting Coordinator, you’re not just supporting events from sale to execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
  • Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
  • Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
  • Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
  • Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
