Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute customized clinical training programs aligned with healthcare professionals’ needs and strategic therapeutic objectives.
- Conduct assessments of healthcare professionals’ knowledge and skills to identify learning gaps and create personalized education plans.
- Deliver training through a variety of formats, including virtual learning sessions, one-on-one coaching, and collaboration with clinical experts.
- Coach healthcare professionals throughout their learning journey and evaluate progress toward agreed-upon learning objectives.
- Provide education on oncology treatment administration protocols, patient safety practices, and clinical best practices.
- Support healthcare teams specializing in oncology, including hematology and ovarian cancer care, across Canadian healthcare centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key experts, and external stakeholders as a trusted clinical education resource.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and deliver scientific and clinical education programs focused on treatment protocols, monitoring, and patient management.
- Ensure all activities align with industry guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Stay informed on evolving oncology practices, healthcare trends, and regulatory considerations within Canada.
- Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare professional designation required.
- Minimum five years of relevant oncology expertise, particularly in hematology and/or ovarian cancer.
- Strong clinical, medical, and scientific understanding of oncology therapeutic areas.
- Knowledge of Canadian cancer centers, healthcare systems, and clinical workflows.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry and previous healthcare training experience considered an asset.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, healthcare education methodologies, and industry guidelines is preferred.
- Strong commitment to compliance, quality, integrity, and patient-focused practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Canada, including up to 60% travel with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Advanced English proficiency is required, particularly for collaboration with English-speaking stakeholders and regions outside Quebec; French proficiency is an asset.
